Goodsociety is a jeans brand that combines fashion and sustainable lifestyle with stylish design and premium organic products. The brand statement is simple: develop the most valuable product, do no unnecessary harm, use your business to delight customers while developing solutions that create a better life for all. During the strategy phase, we analysed the status quo and focused on finding opportunities for growth. Within 2 years, goodsociety had developed a very successful, growing B2B wholesale business and a B2C consumer online shop. While the wholesale business was making excellent progress, the online shop was underperforming the expected benchmark performance. The old goodsociety e-commerce had complex tools like 360-degree views and a size comparison tool. The online shop was one year old and designed according to traditional website design principles.
